Privacy Policy

Overview

SKRmaxing is built on a simple privacy principle: your wallet address is your only identity. We do not collect direct personal identifiers such as email, phone number, legal name, or password. We do process wallet-linked data (messages, preferences, and usage state) to operate app features.

Data We Collect

  • Wallet address — Your Solana wallet public address, used to identify your session and provide personalized coaching. This is public blockchain data.
  • Chat messages — Messages you send and responses you receive are stored to provide conversation history and improve recommendations. Messages are associated with your wallet address only.
  • Wallet activity — We read your onchain transaction history and token balances via public Solana RPC endpoints to provide wallet analysis and coaching. This is publicly available blockchain data.
  • User preferences — Optional preferences you share during chat (focus areas, display name) to personalize your experience.
  • Push notification tokens — If you enable notifications, we store your device's Expo push token to deliver alerts. You can disable this at any time.

Data We Do NOT Collect

  • Email addresses
  • Passwords or seed phrases
  • Phone numbers
  • Real names or government IDs
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers beyond push tokens
  • Browsing history or app usage analytics

How We Use Your Data

  • Provide AI-powered coaching and daily briefings based on your wallet state
  • Maintain conversation history so the AI can reference prior context
  • Track credit balance for the pay-per-message system
  • Send optional push notifications (low balance alerts, daily briefings)

Transaction Security

SKRmaxing never has access to your private keys. All transactions are signed locally on your device through the Seed Vault hardware security module via Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA). Every transaction requires biometric approval. We cannot move funds, sign transactions, or access your wallet without your explicit per-action consent.

Third-Party Services

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — Chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
  • Helius — Solana RPC provider used to read publicly available blockchain data.
  • Jupiter — DEX aggregator API used to build swap transactions. Only public wallet addresses are shared.
  • Expo — Push notification delivery service. Only device push tokens are shared.

Data Retention

Chat history and preferences are retained as long as your wallet interacts with the service. There is no account deletion flow because there is no account — your data is keyed to a public wallet address. If you stop using the app, your data remains on our servers but is not shared or sold.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above as required to operate the app.

Children

SKRmaxing is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as features change. Material changes will be noted in the app.
