Terms of Service

Version 1.0 — Effective February 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SKRmaxing ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of Service

SKRmaxing is a market data aggregation and presentation tool for the Solana blockchain ecosystem. The App provides on-chain data, third-party market intelligence, and automated plan execution based on user-configured parameters. SKRmaxing does NOT provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. All data presented is for informational purposes only.

3. No Investment Advice

Nothing in this App constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any digital asset. Market data, signal strength scores, smart money indicators, and all other information presented by the App are purely informational. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Digital asset markets are highly volatile and risky
  • Past performance and historical patterns do not guarantee future results
  • You may lose some or all of the assets you allocate to any plan or trade
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any transaction
  • You should not invest more than you can afford to lose

5. Automated Plans (DCA)

The Dollar Cost Averaging feature executes transactions based on parameters you configure. The App evaluates market conditions against your settings and presents execution opportunities. Every transaction requires your explicit biometric approval via Seed Vault. The App does not execute trades without your authorization.

6. Agent Signals and Proposals

The App's background agent monitors market conditions and open positions to generate signals and proposals. These signals are derived from data (price movements, smart money flows, exit strategy rules) and are not predictions or guarantees. All proposed actions require your explicit approval before any transaction is executed.

7. Third-Party Data

The App aggregates data from third-party services including Nansen, Jupiter, CoinGecko, CryptoCompare, and various x402 protocol providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Data source failures or delays may impact the information presented.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App's systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the App's API endpoints
  • Impersonate another user or misrepresent your wallet identity

9. Intellectual Property

The SKRmaxing name, logo, and App content are the intellectual property of tor4 capital LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.

10. Privacy

SKRmaxing identifies you solely by your Solana wallet address. We do not collect personal information such as name, email, or location. On-chain wallet activity is read-only. Private keys never leave your Seed Vault hardware. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKRmaxing and its operators shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses from digital asset transactions, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or third-party service failures. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKRmaxing, tor4 capital LLC, and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Since no account exists (wallet address is the sole identifier), termination means blocking the wallet address from accessing the service.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
